About
I approach therapy as an attempt to learn about and support individual client functioning internally as well as externally as part of a larger relationship systems such as marriages, parenting, family of origin, and extended family. Understanding more about how the brain and nervous system work as well as how this presents in real time is a growing edge of my development as well as understanding my own similar functional patterns that surface in my professional work. Client willingness to consider that their pictures of who they are and what they do in key life relationships often have important inaccuracies that are important clues into better understanding what the person has been through and what they are currently limited by is essential for my notion of client ideal.
