Turn uncertainty into momentum — one month at a time.

Join MetroMFT for the kick-off of The Ideal Practice Collective, a yearlong book club and support group, designed to help therapists build thriving, sustainable private practices.

This special session features Lynn Grodski, author of Building Your Ideal Private Practice and the accompanying Twelve Months to Your Ideal Private Practice Workbook. Lynn will offer inspiration, practical guidance, and insight to help you approach your practice with clarity and confidence.

      Many therapists find themselves:

      • Struggling to launch their private practice and unsure where to start.
      • Working to develop and sustain strong referral sources.
      • Endeavoring to navigate the business side—marketing, planning, or finances—that can feel overwhelming.

Lynn’s presentation will set the tone for the year ahead, helping you shift from uncertainty to intentional action.

This kick-off meeting launches a yearlong series, held on the Second Monday of each month at 10:00 AM, where participants will discuss the practical exercises, share wins, and help each other stay motivated and proactive.
