Join us for Our 2026 Annual Conference

This 6-hour experiential intensive is built for clinicians with foundational training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) who are ready to turn what they know into what they can do in the room.

After a brief review of EFT's attachment-based framework, most of the day is hands-on practice. You'll work on accessing and deepening primary emotion in session, using self-of-the-therapist and working with your own reactivity, and navigating the bowtie, all while holding both partners with empathy and keeping a felt sense of safety in the room.

Through recorded live sessions and structured role-plays with real-time feedback, you'll sharpen your moment-to-moment tracking, emotional deepening interventions, and de-escalation skills for those high-affect moments when sessions heat up.

Less lecture, more practice. Open to licensed mental health clinicians looking to strengthen their applied EFT skills.
